unprofessional service. never finish up at the end. lackadaisical service. very very poor customer feedback and service. the 2 young goons who actually do the work have no professional ethics. they never check related things properly. only when you go home, do you realise what was not completed. always keep a watchful eyes on these 2 goons. the owner is not much better either. poor verbal communications ability.

We have always had really good experience until past 18 months, always took our car for service and bought 3 different cars. Not sure if it has new management but will be going somewhere else in future

I came in with an emergency tyre change and Tanya was not only awesome enough to fit it in her customer service is amazing.The tyre was changed very quickly and at a great price. Thank you Tanya your a life saver ;)

Heard about this place through word of mouth. The lady who works there values customer service and offered me a great deal on some Bridgestone tyres. 10/10 would recommend. I wouldn't go elsewhere, quick, easy and efficient service.

I have recently moved to Rockingham and needed to put my car in for a service. I was contemplating whether or not to just go back to Maddington Hyundai where I had my previous Services done and had originally purchased my car from, but I called the service department at Rockingham as it was so much closer to home. I was helped by Nadine. The customer service I received from her was fantastic, she explained everything to me and showed me how to do everything on my phone nothing was to much trouble, she was so very friendly and I will definitely go back there to have my future services done. Excellent customer service and always do great job. Never compromise on quality whether its product or service. Highly recommended. Ask for Arun if you visit he always best at his job .

The alignment and tyre rotation they did seems to be okay but will never go back based on their pricing. We had high hopes based on the reviews but I would never recommend it to anyone.My husband asked for a tyre rotation and alignment and was quoted $75. Apparently there was a miscommunication along the way and that price was only for an alignment, that’s fine, price was $100 for everything (still expensive but whatever). Then my husband asked if there was any time for them to do a balance and then said for everything they would charge him $200.Absolutely never again, that is not a normal price and it took them much longer then other mechanics in the area. Go somewhere else. Like I said, the job they did was fine but for the price and time it took, it was not worth it.
